Dana LUgo

HOS YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Dana Lugo began her yoga journey in 2016. After a few months of personal practice, she embarked on instructor training at Sonic Yoga in NYC without even understanding the term “Vinyasa.” (Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath, and is commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Don’t worry, we got you.) She received her two-hundred (200) hour certification in October 2016, under the direction of Lauren Hanna and Keith Partington.

Additionally, her love of children led her to complete her “Kids Yoga” certification at OM Schooled, under Sarah Herrington, as well as obtaining her “Fertility Yoga” certification, shortly hereafter.

Her classes are playful and challenging, as she has recently found a home hanging at CrossFit boxes. She seeks to create classes inspired by her love of yoga, strength, and music, creating a moving meditation for HOS Jiu-Jitsu students. She is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share the inspiring gift of yoga with others.
